WHEN AN IDEA BECOMES A MOVEMENT
The story of two remote workers who decided to move differently
We were both working from home, back-to-back calls, hours without moving. By 3pm the energy was gone — not because the work was hard, but because our bodies had been sitting since 8am.
We tried walking pads. They changed everything. The problem was finding one that actually belonged in a home office — not a gym, not a warehouse. Quiet enough for calls. Compact enough for a real apartment. Built well enough to last more than a season.
We couldn't find it. So we built WalkFlow.
The product we wished existed
Not just a treadmill. A better workday.
Every walking pad in our lineup is selected for one reason : it had to work in a real home office. Quiet enough for calls. Compact enough for small spaces. Powerful enough to last.
We tested, compared, and rejected a lot. Too loud. Too bulky. Too cheap. Too overpriced for what it delivered. What we built instead fits the way remote workers actually live — under a standing desk, in a living room, in a spare bedroom turned office.
Because you shouldn't have to choose between your health and your work. You just walk.
THE TRUTH ABOUT SITTING
Your chair is the problem. Walking is the fix.
The average remote worker sits 10+ hours a day. Research links prolonged sitting to back pain, cardiovascular issues, weight gain, and cognitive fatigue. Your body wasn't designed for this.
Walking at a slow pace burns 2 to 3x more calories than sitting. It increases blood flow to the brain, improving focus and creative thinking. It regulates blood sugar and kills the 3pm crash. And it protects your heart — even 20 minutes a day makes a measurable difference.
You don't need a gym. You need to keep moving while you work.
